1. The idea of rationality is an essential concept, but to be honest, not everyone looks upon rationality with a similar or shared understanding. I don’t think I am purely rational as a person, but I have always valued it and tried to infuse it with maximum ethics and morality. Rationality can be a good problem solver as our professor highlights that through rationality we get solutions to complex issues, in the most efficient way possible. Of course, with science, there are very few chances of error and it is only considered rational after a lot of testing of various hypotheses. However, is it always true that rationality is what makes the most sense? This is a question I always think about, because it is, after all, we humans who define and prepare the path for rationality, and humans err.
